Tereasa V. Clark was born and raised in Lock Haven. After graduating from Lock Haven High School, she began her career at Woolrich Woolen Mills where she worked for the next 29 years. While at Woolrich she continued her education and was promoted throughout the company until she was working as the Assistant to the Product Development Manager.

After leaving Woolrich, she began her legal career with the firm of Raup, Wiley & Sholder where she was Legal Assistant to the late Thomas C. Raup in handling his mediation and arbitration matters. Additionally, she served as Office Manager and Notary. She began working in real estate matters and found her niche. Today, she serves as the Real Estate Legal Assistant. She handles all aspects of a real estate closing from the sales agreement to the closing process. Real estate professionals, title agents, and loan officers have the benefit of Tereasa’s extensive knowledge and dedication to her clients.

Tereasa wears many hats at the office of Raup & Sholder. Not only does she serve as the Real Estate Legal Assistant, but has continued as the Office Manager and Notary. As the Office Manager, she is responsible for coordinating the daily functions of the office and its seamless operation.

Tereasa always makes clients feel at home and comfortable. Her warm personality and friendly smile help the firm’s client feel at ease during difficult times. Tereasa lives in Avis with her husband, Mike. She has two children and three grandchildren.
